STANDARD SHIPPING RULES
All orders are processed and shipped during warehouse hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9AM-5:30PM PST. If you place an order on the weekend or after hours, your order confirmation will be received and processed the following business day, you will be notified once the order has shipped or is ready for pickup, approximately 1 week from date of processing.
If you choose a local warehouse pickup option, or to arrange your own shipping, pickup times are as indicated, and can be picked up once you are notified the order is ready.
We ship via preferred truck carriers to commercial and residential locations.
Please indicate if your shipping address is a residential address to ensure proper freight shipping and charges.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, or has been shipped to you.
At this time, Greenscape does not offer a rush or next day shipment service. Contact us to coordinate next day pickup at our warehouse, or possibility to arrange your shipping by air or next day delivery.
Greenscape offers the option to pick up your order from our warehouse in Burnaby, BC.
You will be contacted by our sales department when your order is ready for pick up. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM-5:30PM PST. The loading bay closes at 5PM, please arrive prior to 5PM to ensure our team is available to assist you. Typical pickup times are 1 week after an order has been placed and paid in full.
If you are arranging your own shipping, couriers and other freight companies should abide by the same shipping hours.
All items are all packed and shipped as economically as possible. Smaller items ship in standard boxes via small parcel ground, larger pieces or orders with multiples items ship LTL or are palletized. For custom orders that don’t fit in standard shipping boxes or containers, we will contract trailers or flat decks to get your order to you. If you are picking up or arranging your own shipping, shipping information with dimensions and weight will be provided prior to pickup.
Any refused shipments are subject to 30% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.
Do not sign for any shipment until the contents of the shipment have been inspected and confirmed to have no damages.
If you receive a shipment with one or more items damaged, proceed as follows:
-Notify the driver immediately.
-Mark on the delivery slip or Bill of Lading with “Damaged Goods” before signing the slip and accepting the shipment.
-Document with photos or detail. And contact us immediately with details of damage.
Greenscape will send you a new undamaged item to replace what you received.
If “Damaged” or “Damaged Goods” is not noted on the delivery slip, Greenscape is exempt from responsibility to claim damage.
We do not recommend these items for outdoor use. Greenscape will not be responsible for any damages to items caused by weather or sun fading. If you require UV inherent, outdoor resistant items or Fire Retardant items, please contact our sales team for custom orders at firstname.lastname@example.org.
